Dispute resolution and arbitration

2. Mediation: if direct negotiation fails within 30 days, parties may refer the dispute to mediation under the Mediation Act 2023
3. Arbitration: if mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated in Mumbai, conducted in English, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement

Force majeure

Naseebbet is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, fires, natural disasters, infrastructure outages, government actions, internet service interruptions, or pandemic-related disruptions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by enforceable provisions that achieve as nearly as possible the same economic effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Affiliate Disclosure and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naseebbet regarding your use of the site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Modification of terms

These Terms may be modified at our discretion and without individual notice to users. Where an amendment is material, a home-page banner announces it and stays up for 30 days after the amended wording takes effect. Every revision is dated, and the dated revision in force at the time of your visit is the one that governs it.
